Diagnosis
Female scape yellowish-brown; mesoscutum black with metallic blue tinges with raised and weak reticulation, midlobe with posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation; scutellum metallic dark purple, smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with three setae; femora yellowish-brown; forewing speculum open below; first gastral tergite with medioposterior ¼ with punctures, mediolateral ¼ reticulate.
